The International Planned Parenthood Federation (IPPF), has initiated an emergency appeal to support their member associations PROFAMIL (Haiti) and PROFAMILIA (Dominican Republic), working to provide basic services in the aftermath of the devastating earthquake in Haiti. Right now IPPF’s network of health centres and community volunteers in Haiti are struggling to provide essential basic and primary health care, alongside sexual and reproductive health to people affected by this disaster.
