"BEYOND ICPD AND THE MDGs: NGOs strategizing for sexual and reproductive health and rights in the Asia-Pacific region" is the title of the meeting to be held in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia on the 2nd and 3rd of May. The 3-day regional meeting is organized by the Asian-Pacific Resource & Research Centre for Women (ARROW), along with the GIZ (Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit GmbH) and in collaboration with the United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA). This meeting will aim, to define and discuss the comprehensive sexual and reproductive health and rights (SRHR) agenda of the region and chart the avenues for advocacy and effective NGO engagement leading up to 2014-2015.
