Marie Dubost, Network Coordinator
Marie heads the EuroNGOs secretariat and is responsible for the coordination and facilitation of the network, ensuring a successful implementation of its strategy and workplan. Before joining EuroNGOs in May 2018, she coordinated and managed for 7 years an European initiative (EQUASS), building capacity and developing quality in social service providers. She worked there to ensure that a human rights-based approach is used in social inclusion services, especially those for persons with disabilities. Marie has an educational background in non-profit association management, project management and impact assessment. A French national, she is fluent in English and French, and has a working knowledge of Spanish.
Helena Szczodry, Senior Officer
Helena leads on the network’s convening, information-sharing and advocacy activities. Before joining EuroNGOs in 2016, she worked at the European Network of Migrant Women in Brussels and the Dobra Wola Foundation in Krakow on issues related to migrants, women’s rights, anti-discrimination and youth as well as gained diverse experience in the Eastern Europe and the Caucasus in the field of capacity building for grassroots organizations, communication, research and events management. Helena holds an MA in Sociology from the Jagiellonian University in Cracow and a minor in Development Studies from the University of Maastricht. A Polish national, she is fluent in Polish and English.
